The OMERS Capital Markets Finance Business Operations team partners with OMERS Capital Markets, Financial & Performance Reporting, Investment Platforms, Operations, Data & Technology, Risk & Compliance teams to mobilize continuous improvement projects to accomplish our annual strategic goals & objectives.
We also work closely with our Transformation Office, managing our larger, multi-year Capital Markets operating model change program, to ensure continuity between the evolving needs and states of our teams and the future-state Operating Model.
Bringing your passions for process optimization and Agile delivery, you will join an entrepreneurial, high-profile team focused on enabling Capital Markets Finance colleagues to make improvements to our workflows, platforms, processes, and culture.
We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members. Our hybrid work guideline requires teams to come to the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
Scope of Position
Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Business Operations, you will support Capital Markets Finance teams in delivering and reporting on continuous improvement projects across the E2E trade lifecycle. You will play a key role in improving our operational reliability and keeping our leaders informed of teams’ progress, so that collectively, we can deliver the best possible value for our members and Capital Markets teams.
