The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, driven F&I Manager to join our high-performing team. With over 500+ retail turnovers annually and direct access to 200+ in-stock vehicles, this role offers the volume and resources to truly excel.

You’ll be responsible for presenting financing options, securing approvals, and delivering a seamless experience for our customers—all while maximizing profitability and maintaining compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Structure and present finance and insurance options tailored to customer needs
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation and approvals
  • Maintain relationships with lenders and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support a smooth sales-to-delivery process
  • Help drive dealership performance through strong closing skills and service excellence

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an F&I role within a dealership setting
  • Deep understanding of finance products, lending practices, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain)
