Experienced Automotive Sub-prime / F&I Manager required :

Being a pioneer in the subprime automotive industry with an established track record in sales, service, and finance, we are looking to expand our team of professionals to meet ever-increasing demand.

Job Position : The Sub-prime / F&I Manager is responsible for providing high standards of customer service while achieving maximum growth and profit potential. You should be a goal-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You must have previous experience with subprime automotive business management and proven communication skills to fit the position. This position offers great potential for personal growth and development, and you are required to possess the drive and determination to succeed.

Job responsibilities :

• Establish contact with potential customers and sell to them via phone, email, text, and other means.
• Understand and document the customer’s needs with detailed notes through the use of a CRM system.
• Be consistent with the follow-up process and respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential, and ability to pay.
• Book appointments with customers to discuss various vehicle financing options along with warranty and aftermarket product options.
• Negotiate with customers and lenders to secure loan approvals and build a successful deal structure based on the customer’s unique circumstances and credit situation.
• Analyze, prepare, and process automobile finance approvals.
• Collect all required supporting documents ahead of time to complete the funding process in a timely manner.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Comply with Government and OMVIC regulations.

Qualifications required :

• Minimum 2 years+ subprime sales experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification, pre-approval, and funding processes.
• Knowledge of the used car market segment, familiarity with vehicles available on the market, and understanding of automotive market trends.
• Familiarity with the products offered by different subprime lenders, their scoring systems, and other qualifying criteria.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with the automotive finance process.
• Ability to read, analyze, and fully understand credit reports.
• Working knowledge of DealerTrack and automotive CRM systems.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• OMVIC License is required.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethics are a must.
• High school or equivalent education.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.

Compensation provided :

• Top commissions plus performance bonus package. Potential earnings can go as high as $150,000+ / year.
