Job description

Main Functions

The Operator is responsible for process operations and warehousing, including CCPs, GMPs, Food Safety, HSE, proper equipment operation, adherence to all Safety protocols, sanitation, communication, and other assigned tasks. The Operator collaborates with the entire Lallemand organization and the Cornwall Lallemand team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing dryer operations
2. Bagging finished products
3. Collecting product samples for lab analysis
4. Managing upstream liquid operations
5. Monitoring CCPs, GMPs, CPs, and filters
6. Completing sanitation tasks with proper procedures and chemical concentrations
7. Preparing and verifying packaging and labels
8. Performing quality control analysis on in-process samples
9. Inputting data into production, quality, and sanitation logs
10. Handling shipping and receiving duties
11. Conforming to Environmental, Health, and Safety policies
12. Maintaining quality and food safety standards according to policies and procedures
13. Performing other duties as assigned

Technical skills
