Job description

The Operator is responsible for process operations and warehousing, including CCPs, GMPs, Food Safety, HSE, proper equipment operation, safety protocols, sanitation, communication, and other assigned tasks. The operator collaborates with the entire Lallemand organization and the Cornwall Lallemand team.

  1. Manage dryer operation,
  2. Collect product samples for lab analysis,
  3. Oversee upstream liquid operations,
  4. Monitor CCPs, GMPs, CPs, and filters,
  5. Perform sanitation duties following proper procedures and chemical concentrations,
  6. Prepare and verify packaging and labels,
  7. Conduct quality control analysis on in-process samples,
  8. Record data in production, quality, and sanitation logs,
  9. Handle shipping and receiving duties,
  10. Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety policies,
  11. Maintain product quality and food safety according to policies and procedures,
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills

Required

  • Experience with manufacturing, operations, and computer programs.

Asset

  • Experience in food manufacturing, CIP, GPM, and computer programs.
