With some duties as a payroll administrator

  • Salary : $80,716 to $94,960 annually (to be negotiated) / 36.25 hours per week

Tasks

  • Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
  • Train staff
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Assist in financial statement audits
  • Variance analysis
  • Keep financial records and maintain accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Carry out administrative activities
  • Oversee office procedures
  • Establish work priorities, procedures, and deadlines
  • Assist in budget preparation and inventory controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Commission systems and components
  • Implement administrative procedures
