Role and Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions.
3. Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures.
4. Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
6. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update information as necessary.
7. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset.
