Job Title: National Sales Executive (Staffing & Recruiting)

Adecco is seeking a National Sales Executive with previous national account or enterprise sales experience in staffing and recruiting.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a high-caliber sales team within a global organization committed to diversity, inclusiveness, and future-oriented solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding established national accounts, sourcing new profitable business, and working closely with various departments to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct needs analysis, sales calls, and networking to increase client base and market presence.
  2. Develop account plans to meet sales and gross margin targets.
  3. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to ensure competitive offerings.
  4. Participate in senior sales presentations and collaborate on proposals and solutions.
  5. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with terms and revenue goals.
  6. Oversee account operations, ensuring effective processes and contract adherence.
  7. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and monitor expenditures.
  8. Coordinate with global and North American sales teams to share opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong networking, lead generation, and prospecting skills.
  • Proven customer service excellence and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws is an asset.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and bilingual (French/English) skills are advantageous.
