Job description

Position available for an Audiologist to join the team at Deegan Hearing Clinic. We are an independent, family run clinic, looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and knowledgeable clinician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

·Perform audiometric assessments, consultations, and make appropriate referrals.

·Prescribe hearing aids, accessories and assistive listening devices based on audiometric findings.

·Dispense and complete hearing aid fittings, and counsel patients accordingly.

·Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of hearing aid manufacturers and programming is an asset.

·Perform cerumen management

·Provide hearing aid cleanings, modifications and minor repairs.

  • Time management skills very important.
  • Support all Deegan Hearing Clinic Staff when needed.

Qualifications:

·Member of CASLPO in good standing

·Masters Degree in Audiology

·New graduates welcome to apply.

·Minimum 2 year clinical experience an asset.

Other:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Compensation to be determined based on experience.
