How You'll Make An Impact

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in our clients' hearing journeys. You’ll collaborate with clients, healthcare teams, and our wider network to deliver exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings
  • Providing ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks
  • Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice)
  • Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation
  • Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists (if applicable)
  • In addition to hands-on care, you’ll have opportunities to mentor students and new staff, stay on top of professional credentials and continued education, and engage with the community through presentations and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • A Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification
  • Registration in good standing with the applicable Provincial College or professional association
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
