Job description

Summary

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and acceptance, completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and onboarding of new contractors.

Prior experience recruiting in Canada is strongly preferred.

Salary: $60,000

Essential Functions
  • Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure full recruitment of accounts.
  • Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team members.
  • Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
  • Measure performance based on KPIs, execution of recruitment strategies (advertising, job fairs, remote techniques), and maintenance of recruitment materials.
  • Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
Additional Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.

Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
