An established industry player is seeking a talented cybersecurity leader to guide their Global IT Security team. This role involves implementing security technologies and controls while ensuring compliance with policies. You'll act as a Service Delivery Manager, collaborating with peers and senior management to enhance security services. Leads a team of cybersecurity experts within TD SYNNEX´s Global IT Security team. Responsible for the implementation of security technologies, controls and proceses in support of TD SYNNEX's information security policies and standards. Acts as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for the operational services delivered by the department. Provides leadership, coordination and operations planning to accomplish the defined goals and objectives. Maintains the security platform of tools and processes. Monitors effectiveness of controls and supports internal and external audits. Collaborates with peer and senior management in IT and in the business to reduce risk to the company an to continuously improve security services. Educates TD SYNNEX colleagues and business partners on cybersecurity best practices. Oversees regulatory and policy compliance.
What You'll Do :
Act as a subject matter expert for network security engineering including the development and documentation of reference architectures and technical solution designs for infrastructure services inclusive of data center and Cloud (server, storage, and networking).
Infrastructure management, tuning and administration of core tools including Firewall (Fortinet / Cisco ASA / FTD / CSW), Tuffin, Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA / ADX) and Central Management & Logging (FortiManager & FortiAnalyzer)
Participate and support the Firewall Rule Change Board to ensure changes are managed in accordance with process, standards, and policy requirements
Audit and validate compliance with approved firewall rules and security device configurations
Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities
Document, update and maintain policies, procedures and job aids associated with management of the environment
Provide data flow design and analysis to support network security requirements and reference architecture
Develop standards and baselines in accordance with best practice, compliance requirements and NIST guidance
Develop reports, recurring deliverables and presentations for management and executive stakeholders
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and six (6) years of experience in a related discipline or twelve (12) years of experience in management and related discipline.
Experience working in network security aspect in data center and cloud environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with dynamic routing protocols, VRF configuration and layer 7 application-based firewalls.
Experience with deploying and troubleshooting enterprise VPN solutions
Experience with reporting and reporting tools
Experience with one or more of the following technologies :
Micro-segmentation technology
Firewall management
Zero-trust technologies
Working Conditions :
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
On-call availability required as necessary.
