We seek a results-driven Marketing Manager, Paid Media , to lead our paid media strategy and execution across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), social media advertising, and other paid channels, with a proven track record of driving ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in digital and traditional marketing, and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across online (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media) and offline channels to achieve business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, setup, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize performance (ROI, ROAS, Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rate).
- Manage budget allocation across online and offline channels.
- Implement value-based bidding strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists.
- Optimize online campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting, and A / B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (creative, content, SEO).
- Manage relationships with online and offline vendors and agencies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of campaign activities and results.
- Coordinate with franchise partners for campaign execution across all channels.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee offline marketing initiatives, including direct mail, print advertising, local partnerships, and community events.
- Ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.
- Apply knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media advertising, and offline marketing.
- Deep understanding of paid media platforms, campaign setup, optimization, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs (ROI, ROAS, Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rate).
- Experience with value-based bidding strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site full-time (40 hours / week) at our office location.
- Familiarity with offline marketing channels and techniques.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in marketing for service-based businesses or franchise models.
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications.
- Home service business-based experience.
- Familiarity with SmartMoving.
- Familiarity with B2C & B2B.
- Experience with postcards, flyers, and other offline marketing efforts.
