We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our Agile development team. The RTE will play a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating the activities of multiple Agile teams working together on a common solution. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and excellent leadership and communication skills.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
• 5+ years of experience in an RTE or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple teams.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Role:

• Facilitate and lead Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, System Demo, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coordinate and synchronize the work of multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams and escalate issues when necessary.
• Foster collaboration and communication between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Track and report on program progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coach teams and individuals on Agile and SAFe practices and principles.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts across the ART.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure proper backlog management and prioritization.
• Work closely with System Architects and Business Owners to align program execution with organizational goals.
• Support the implementation and evolution of Agile practices within the organization.
