• Build and maintain financial models for development projects, operations, and investment opportunities across various capital structures
• Prepare and update quarterly fund models; analyze results and present to senior finance leaders
• Track and explain budget-to-actual variances on key line items and KPIs
• Model financial impacts of assumption changes, incorporating macroeconomic factors relevant to real estate
• Support asset valuations by coordinating appraisals, analyzing key assumptions, and preparing fair market value models
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting for executives, partners, and investors
• Drive process improvements and enhance analytical tools
• Perform ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, proforma and presale budgets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen finance's role as a strategic partner
• Manage competing deadlines while delivering accurate, timely results

About the Opportunity

About You

• Minimum 6 months of FP&A experience is a must
• Background in a large or well-established organization is a must
• CPA or CFA designation in progress (early stages) is required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Real estate or property industry experience is a very strong asset
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Yardi is preferred

Salary Range
$70,000 - $76,000/year
