Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings, or via telephone.
  2. Act as a bridge between the company and its current and future markets.
  3. Develop relationships with Builders, Realtors, CAs, DSA, and corporates to leverage business.
  4. Explain different types of loans and credit options available, along with their terms.
  5. Drive sales targets for multiple loan products (PL, BL, HL, ML, LAP, etc.).
  6. Coordinate with bankers for smooth processing of files, from login to disbursement, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  7. Collect documents from customers as per the checklist.
  8. Provide feedback on future market trends to employers.
  9. Manage team and handle individual sales.
  10. Maintain proper MIS and provide market activity feedback.

Compensation:

Fresher: 1.44 LPA to 3 LPA + Incentives + Contests (based on candidate)

Experience: 3 LPA to 12 LPA + Incentives + Contests (based on candidate)
