As a Financial Services Professional, you will:
  1. Build a client base by developing relationships within your network and providing guidance.
  2. Gain expertise through sponsored coursework and proprietary agent development training.
  3. Assist clients with important financial decisions using the latest software and our extensive product portfolio.
  4. Explore pathways to develop your career in financial services, including leadership, wealth management, and retirement planning.

  1. An exciting hybrid schedule (part in-office, part remote).

What you need to apply:
  1. A valid California Life and/or Health License.
  2. Strong communication and sales skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport and effectively present complex concepts to clients.
  4. Self-motivation to network and prospect for new clients.
  5. Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to work part of your week in an office (hybrid opportunity).
  7. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
