Job Summary

The IT Division is looking for an experienced Systems Developer to join our team as a full-time, permanent member, supporting solutions for our Finance department.

What you will do :

Development and Operations

• Scope, design, implement, and create solutions using Azure services such as Function Apps, Data Factory, Pipelines, Logic Apps, App Service, Key Vault, Event Grid, and similar tools.
• Deploy applications, configure services, monitor, and troubleshoot in Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions and integrations.
• Create technical documentation for solution design and code.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with Analysts, Developers, and clients to gather and understand requirements.
• Participate in solution evaluations, Proof of Concepts, and business walkthroughs.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies for innovative client solutions.
• Improve technical practices, reduce waste and risks, and assist in issue resolution.
• Develop automated tests and workflows for systems, applications, and microservice-based integrations.

Support and Delivery

• Serve as an expert in supporting assigned applications.
• Deliver quality features and services early and often.
• Be open to learning new technologies and applying them in solution development.
• Proficient in creating and supporting Azure solutions, including SQL, API management, Key Vault, Functions, Event Grid, App Service, Data Factory, Storage, Cost Management, Active Directory, and Defender.
• Familiar with data formats, languages, protocols, and architecture styles for Azure-based integrations, such as Java, .NET, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with cloud development and deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP), modern tools (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing), and web frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, test automation tools like Selenium and Playwright, and ERP systems like Oracle Financial Cloud or SAP Concur is a plus.

Who you are :

• 3+ years of back-end or full-stack development experience.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with end-to-end ownership capability.
• Excellent knowledge of software development design patterns.
• Experience with at least two programming languages or frameworks, such as Python, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot, React, or Conda.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled in modern development tools and practices, including git, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Experience with capital markets is an asset.
