Position Overview:

NCSG Crane & Rigging / Barnhart Crane are seeking an enthusiastic and organized team player for the role of Branch Administrator at our White City SK branch. This key position supports various administrative functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, work orders, time entry, reporting, and operations. The role involves daily interaction with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, all while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Your responsibilities include:
  1. Completing billing processes efficiently and accurately
  2. Ensuring all AR is complete for month-end
  3. Organizing and collecting timesheets for manager approval
  4. Supporting dispatch functions as needed
  5. Approving and submitting AP invoices daily
  6. Securing site permit applications for cranes and personnel
  7. Entering hours and kilometers from vehicle logs into FCC
  8. Documenting services performed from maintenance sheets
  9. Entering CVIs and inspections
  10. Managing multiple priorities with high organization and attention to detail
  11. Demonstrating good judgment and time management skills
  12. Completing onboarding for new hires
  13. Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar fast-paced role
  • Personable and adaptable to working with diverse peers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Successful pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
