Your Mission :

As a Field-Based Account Executive , you’ll be the driving force behind OmniPay Solutions' growth in the Vancouver market. You’ll build relationships with SMB restaurants and retail, understand their pain points, and show them how our payment processing solutions can be their secret weapon for increased efficiency, better customer experiences, and higher profits. You’ll be out in the field daily, talking to business owners and decision-makers, building pipelines, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) :

Drive Sales – Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to demoing Omnipay Solutions' value, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with independent, local restaurants.

Build Relationships – Develop and maintain deep relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers in the market . You’re their go-to for advice, guidance, and all things payments and POS solutions .

Know the Market – Stay updated on the restaurant tech landscape, competitors, and industry trends to determine how to best position Omnipay Solutions in the market. Your market insights will help us refine our strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

Be the Expert – Educate prospects about how our solutions solve their specific challenges, such as reducing payment processing fees, streamlining ordering, and improving customer satisfaction.

Pipeline Mastery – Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline , ensuring consistent follow-ups, timely communication, and closing deals that align with our growth targets. Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.

Collaboration – Work closely with our marketing, implementation, customer success, and product teams to ensure the voice of the customer is always at the forefront and that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.

Who You Are (Requirements) :

Experience : 1+ years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, hospitality tech, or selling to SMBs in the restaurant or food service industry . You’ve been in the trenches and know how to navigate the complexities of selling to busy restaurant owners.

Sales Hunter : You’re a go-getter who’s relentless in your pursuit of new business. You love the thrill of the chase and can handle rejection like a pro. You have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals . Bonus if you understand sales methodologies like BANT, SPIN, or MEDDPICC .

Relationship Builder : You’re genuinely curious about people and what makes their businesses tick. You know how to earn trust, build rapport, and turn prospects into long-term partners .

Resilient & Persistent : The restaurant world is fast-paced, and you’re not easily discouraged by a few "no’s." You know that persistence pays off and are self-motivated, creative, and flexible .

Market Knowledge : You have a strong understanding of the Atlanta food scene and the unique needs of independent restaurants . You’re plugged into the community and know where the opportunities lie.

Independent & Reliable : This is a field-based role , so you’ll need to be highly self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively without constant oversight. You should also have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling across the Canadian market to meet with clients.
