Description
The University of Calgary invites applications for temporary Administrative Support positions in various departments. Your key purpose is to provide temporary, part-time or full-time, short-term administrative support.
Qualifications : A Grade 12 diploma, training and experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent oral and written communication, typing and proofreading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Teams).
