Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping and Equipment Technician is to support operations by maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and equipment functionality daily. While the tasks are largely individual, teamwork is essential for coordinating daily activities and responding to emergencies.

Main Tasks

1. Clean the operating areas thoroughly every day.
2. Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of main equipment (grills, fryers, etc.).
3. Communicate effectively with the morning and evening teams, as well as restaurant management, to exchange feedback and updates.

Relevant Information

• Fixed night schedule from Sunday to Thursday.
