How Will You Contribute and Grow?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will service customers in our retail store and complete all branch store tasks. Your responsibilities include selling industrial gases and welding products, identifying customer needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. You will also support existing customers by addressing their queries promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Air Liquide's product portfolio through effective communication of value propositions and unique selling points.
• Generate customer interest by demonstrating how our solutions can solve problems or improve operations.
• Prepare quotations and respond to information requests promptly.
• Maximize store aesthetics and manage brand and store improvement projects.
• Support cross-functional projects, participate in training sessions and technical seminars.
• Assist in managing inventory and replenishing store products.
• Handle cylinders and hardgoods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Are You a Match?

• Experience with parts tickets or equivalent, e.g., Welding Technologist.
• Proven success in inside sales or account management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of the industrial gas industry is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
