  2. Acting as trusted advisors to educate, challenge the status quo, and advise on creative solutions.
  3. Delivering a customer-centric approach by minimizing admin efforts, anticipating needs, and collaborating closely with Hiring Managers.

Location: Anywhere in Canada, with a virtual work opportunity (1-2 days/month in office for meetings).

What You Will Do

  • Applying technical expertise to advise and support Hiring Managers in engaging external resources.
  • Managing complex cases and escalations independently.
  • Handling contract revisions, risk assessments, change management, and relationship management.
  • Addressing matters related to classification, independence conflicts, immigration, taxation, data security, and other compliance issues, often in partnership with internal experts like Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, and external providers.
  • Working on complex and high-risk cases involving legislative compliance, policies, and guidelines.
Candidate Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

  • Promoting the CLO’s brand through a customer-centric approach.
  • Managing cases in KPMG’s vendor management system (Flextrack).
  • Training internal clients on system use.
  • Conducting due diligence and maintaining case documentation.
  • Managing complex cases, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
What You Bring
  • Relevant college or university degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience with contract labour or contingent workforce management.
  • Experience drafting third-party agreements and liaising with multiple parties.
  • Knowledge of immigration matters related to resourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Flextrack is an asset.

This role requires fluency in English, both written and oral, and may involve creating, interpreting, and applying policies and regulations.
