Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a meaningful role that makes a difference in education and society? If so, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas:
Comprehensive Executive Support for CEO (primary role): Includes managing the CEO's calendar, supporting email communications, social media, speech writing, maintaining filing systems, liaising with stakeholders, assisting volunteer leadership, planning and executing events, and other typical EA tasks such as expense preparation.
Acts as the Association Office Manager: Ensures smooth office operations, manages supplies, greets visitors, maintains office environment, and provides basic first aid support.
Additional Executive Support: Provides administrative support for the Chief Advancement Officer, including donor and volunteer meetings, campaign support, and database maintenance. Also supports the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer with corporate secretary duties.
