Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Finance Transformation team seeks a highly skilled individual to support change initiatives across Finance. Collaborating with stakeholders and partners, the Senior Manager will lead discussions to identify change scope, impacts, and manage the Finance Transformation 'Intake' process, including interaction models, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires deep finance process experience, especially in change management, process improvement, and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Finance SME: Use extensive finance process knowledge to drive improvements.
  2. Change Management: Lead efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements for efficiency.
  4. Customer-First Mentality: Align initiatives with customer needs.
  5. ERP Exposure: Leverage ERP experience for successful implementations.
  6. Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of processes.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing refinement.
  8. Facilitate meetings and workshops for stakeholder collaboration.
  9. Autonomous Work: Manage multiple workstreams independently.
  10. Executive Presence: Influence senior leadership effectively.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related; MBA preferred.
  2. At least 10 years in finance, focusing on change management and process improvement.
  3. Proven success in leading finance transformation initiatives.
  4. Extensive ERP experience.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
