This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Position Summary:
The Finance Transformation team seeks a highly skilled individual to support change initiatives across Finance. Collaborating with stakeholders and partners, the Senior Manager will lead discussions to identify change scope, impacts, and manage the Finance Transformation 'Intake' process, including interaction models, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires deep finance process experience, especially in change management, process improvement, and ERP implementation.
