Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Finance Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support various change initiatives and programs across Finance. Collaborating with our Finance stakeholders and partners from Platform and Technology the Senior Manager of business process and change management will the lead stakeholder discussions to identify scope of change, degree of change, and impacts to business processes. Responsible for the management of the Finance Transformation 'Intake' process; the incumbent will build out the interaction model, prioritization criteria, resource requirements, and engagement of stakeholders. This role will be critical in providing our stakeholders with a consistent approach to change while building the brand of Finance Transformation. Reporting directly to the AVP of Finance Transformation, this role requires deep process experience in finance, with a focus on change management, process improvement, and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in finance processes to drive transformational changes and improvements.

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance department.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Customer-First Mentality: Ensure that all finance transformation initiatives are aligned with the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.

  • ERP Implementation Exposure: Leverage experience with ERP systems to successfully implement and integrate new technologies into existing finance frameworks.

  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of finance processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining finance processes.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and forums to encourage open dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders.

  • Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Executive Presence: Exhibit strong executive presence and effectively influence conversations with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on change management and process improvement.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading finance transformation initiatives.

  • Extensive experience with ERP systems and their implementation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
