Job description

Our Eclipsys team is growing, and we are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join our Services Sales team.

You will be responsible for building and elevating Eclipsys’ relationship across Oracle and other key partners within North America. You will leverage your excellent relationship building skills and knowledge of the Eclipsys and partner go-to-market strategies to identify opportunities, align strategic goals and drive revenue growth to position our organization as the go-to partner.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the main contact between Eclipsys and all partners to promote joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Build, leverage, and elevate relationships with new and existing partners to increase our visibility within partner organizations at all levels.
  • Enable partners to sell Eclipsys services offerings by designing and executing a business development strategy.
  • Work with Eclipsys Account Executives and f acilitate introductions between Eclipsys and partner sales teams for joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Eclipsys marketing and sales teams to develop and attend partner events and webinars, participate in partner enablement sessions, stay up to date on partner developments and drive outbound campaigns to elevate Eclipsys’ brand.
  • Track and update “Alliance and Partner Influenced” opportunities in Eclipsys CRM and oversee deal registration processes and partner rebates/incentives.
  • Ensure Eclipsys’ technical and sales certifications are up to date and explore new enablement opportunities within Oracle to support our key GTMs.
  • Be aware of Oracle and other key partners’ news, updates and developments and share with Eclipsys sales and marketing as appropriate.
  • Continuous market and competition analysis.

About You:

  • An expert at consultative selling, communicating offerings, and creating meaningful business relationships within various partner channels and internally.
  • You have 5+ years’ experience in partner eco-systems in a business development or sales position, with a proven track record of selling in a B2B environment within the commercial and public sectors. Deep Oracle eco-system experience is a requirement for this role.
  • You have extensive knowledge of professional and managed IT services and technology offerings including Oracle database and cloud, and other solutions (Google, AWS, Microsoft).
  • You bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in account management.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to showcase strategy and solutions in front of C-suite executives.
  • You exceed your targets to maximize revenue and profitability and have a desire to win.
  • Ability to communicate value propositions and present total cost of ownership and return on investment models to partners and clients.
