  • Salary: $39.59/hour, 32 hours per week

Responsibilities
  1. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  2. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
  3. Participate in marketing plan development and implementation.
  4. Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  5. Develop marketing, communication, and sales strategies.
  6. Conduct performance reviews.
  7. Lead sales team in building relationships with clients and negotiate sales contracts.
  8. Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
