Day-to-day :

As a Senior UX Designer at one of the Big 5 Canadian Banks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of digital business banking product revamps. Your responsibilities will include :

• Product Iteration Updates : Continuously improve and update our products based on user feedback and market trends.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor an intermediate designer, managing their workload and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Release Monitoring : Oversee the release process, ensuring that all updates meet our quality standards and align with user needs.
• Client Feedback Integration : Gather and analyze client feedback to propose new features and updates that enhance the user experience.
• User Experience Research (UXR) : Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.
• Workshop Creation : Design and facilitate workshops to foster collaboration and innovation within the team.
• Research Synthesis : Synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights and inform design strategies.
• Competitive Analysis : Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our designs.
• Design Thinking : Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and create user-centric solutions.
