REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - managing a sales team in Western Canada - rolemay be based anywhere in Western Canada. This position requires travel.

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a passion for people. Someone who enjoys collaborating on sales strategies, utilizing analytical tools to measure performance and has an ability to inspire and empower teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

As the Western Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving results with a highly effective sales team by planning, organizing, coaching, developing, and empowering the team to succeed :

• Lead and develop a team ofsales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drivesales within a wide range of industries, growing relationships and securing new business.
• Work closely with each branch manager and their team of customer service, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Execute astrategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions.
• Negotiate deals, and support the team with hands-on leadership,ensuring a high quality customer experience.

Requirements :

• Sales & Leadership – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.
• Negotiations– Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinker– Ability to adapt to a changing sales landscape and implement new approaches.
• Industry Experience– Experiencewithin Industrial Sales, Equipment, Tools etc an asset.
• Change Leader– Able to shift mindsets, influence behaviour, and elevate sales performance.
• Strong computer skills, experience utilizing business analytics
• Travel required mainly across Western Canada; also some US travel for tradeshows
