We are recruiting for the position of Superintendent - Production at Red Chris, with a competitive base salary ranging from $X,XXX.00 to $X,XXX.00, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus a short-term incentive of 20%. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience and internal equity.
This role offers a Fly In, Fly Out schedule, working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.
The Production Superintendent manages processing operation enhancements at Red Chris Mine, focusing on Fatal Risk Management, Full Potential, Expansion Operational Readiness, Long Term Planning, Geo-Metallurgy Oversight, Project Engineering, and optimizing connectivity between operations and metallurgy streams. The key challenge is managing diverse technical and operational processes to support safe, long-term processing through strategic planning and integration, especially during transitions from open pit to stockpile to block cave operations.
