Job Description

• Monitor project budget and forecasting at the individual phase and cost type levels for potential gains and losses.
• Provide leadership and direction for all project activities, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with contracts and client needs.
• Communicate project-specific roles and responsibilities clearly to site personnel. Provide regular, respectful feedback.
• Ensure company equipment and supplies are appropriately allocated.
• Inspect tools and equipment; coordinate with the Tools and Equipment Manager for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience.
• Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification are assets.
• Minimum five years experience in commercial construction with a large general contractor.
• At least one year experience as a superintendent in a large general contractor setting.
