To manage the operations of the Pharmacy while on duty, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, practicing to full scope in professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in dispensary maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge customers, practice within legal requirements, ensure privacy, counsel on prescriptions and products, practice full scope of professional services, be identifiable, ensure prescription accuracy, communicate with healthcare professionals, maintain records.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Control access, review workflow queues, manage stock and expired inventory, oversee stock levels and orders, comply with regulations on controlled substances.
• Operations: Maintain store image, handle financial reports, respond to store communications, file incident reports.
• Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Independent decision-making, team leadership, business development, customer service excellence, professionalism, problem-solving, computer skills, safety compliance, ongoing education.
