SUMMARY: To maximize sales of beauty products and services at Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs.
2. Maintain a positive, sales-oriented attitude.
3. Promote beauty product sales and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
2. Prioritize customer needs and deliver superior service.
3. Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
4. Market products actively and promote the PC Optimum program.
5. Organize and promote in-store events and appointments.

OPERATIONS:

1. Exhibit and promote company products and services.
2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

1. Adhere to health, safety, and store policies.
2. Implement loss prevention policies effectively.
3. Maintain professionalism at all times.
4. Perform additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.

3. Sales skills in cosmetics and luxury goods.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Proven consultative and sales experience.

3. Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Climb ladders and bend/stretch to stock shelves.
