The Role

To propel Evident’s digital transformation vision and support the business’s exponential growth, we are looking for a GTM Financial Analyst focused on supporting Product Go-to-Market financial & business planning and analysis. Reporting to both the Finance leader and GTM function leaders, the incumbent will drive the GTM functions’ annual budget process and provide financial forecasting, analysis, and management reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and monitor GTM functions’ annual budget, including establishing budget tools and acting as project manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide revenue and GTM expense analysis monthly, quarterly, and annually, offering actionable insights to support accurate financial reporting and business performance.
• Partner with GTM leaders to establish driver-based rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to provide weekly short-term booking forecasts for senior leadership.
• Manage monthly SaaS metrics reporting with insights to drive topline growth and scalability.
• Support GTM management with business analysis, including sales territory planning, commission planning, customer segmentation, pricing, packaging, and capability planning.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business, with 3+ years’ FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations experience in a Series B+ SaaS company; or a recent MBA graduate (2023 or 2024) with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for dynamic forecasts and analysis.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and their business impacts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex financial concepts and tell compelling business stories.
• Adaptability to changing environments and critical thinking for effective problem-solving.
