Mackenzie Stuart is exclusively partnered with a leading multinational electronic manufacturing company that has a presence in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Our client is recruiting for a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager (remote/home-based) to operate across Europe, reporting directly to the Head of Sales & President.

This role will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing new client relationships, and fostering existing ones within high-volume Electronic Manufacturing Services, Joint Development Manufacturing Services, and Turnkey Manufacturing Services across various industry sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in targeted markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable growth aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
    • Collaborate with marketing and project teams throughout the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Use market insights to competitively position products and services.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
    • Develop account plans to retain clients and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality product and solution delivery.

    Qualifications and requirements:

    • Eligible to work in the EU.
    • This role is remote/home-based.
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales management, and client retention.
    • Strong network within the European B2B electronics market.
    • Experience with B2B industries in small electronics and/or EMS companies is advantageous.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
