We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and governing a global content management strategy for our Human Resources Virtual Agent (Generative AI Chatbot).

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insights to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, supporting employees with the tools they need to succeed. This is a Director-level position within the Knowledge Management team, responsible for managing HR content to ensure accurate, context-aware responses through a Virtual Agent.

What You'll Do In The Role

• Lead the implementation of a new content management system (CMS): refine requirements, establish business processes, and guide stakeholders through change management for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to identify, publish, and govern HR content.
• Transform complex information into clear, usable content such as policies, processes, and reference guides.
• Promote and enforce content standards across platforms.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to enhance the Knowledge Management strategy.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Content Management Systems like AEM; familiarity with AI is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
