Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Trican’s core value, “We won’t put anyone in harm’s way,” is the priority in all activities.
- Confirm all necessary product and equipment are loaded and ready for transport prior to leaving base.
- Verify with customers that all quantities, types of fluid, additives, and mixing processes meet requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and accurately complete all required forms.
- Perform rig-in and rig-out of all equipment for travel.
- Convey safety concerns and procedures to customers and rig crews on site.
- Complete all applicable paperwork upon job completion and forward to relevant personnel.
- Monitor available work and driving hours, as well as hours worked by operators.
- Assist in the development, evaluation, and training of related personnel; provide guidance, leadership, and discipline.
- Ensure that job quality, safety standards, and procedures comply with Trican’s standards, government legislation, and customer requirements.
Experience & Skills:
- Valid Class 1 Driver's license is required.
- Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations is required.
- N2 and Fluid experience is an asset.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract may be requested.
- Physically demanding; heavy lifting required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques.
