What you need to succeed :

• At least 3 years of experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies
• Due to security clearance reasons, you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizen status
• A post-secondary diploma or degree, or relevant work experience in business, technology, or a related field
• Strong conceptualization skills and the ability to translate abstract ideas into high-quality code
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ, and database tools like PL-SQL Developer
• Experience with version control tools like Github
• Participation in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews, ensuring solutions are high quality, secure, reliable, and performant
• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Security Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will need Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date, including fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check, and residency in Canada for at least 5 years with Permanent Resident or Citizenship status.
