SAP Ariba Integration Specialist – Premikati

Position Overview:

As an SAP Ariba Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Ariba solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that seamlessly connect SAP Ariba with our existing enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise to support our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for SAP Ariba integration.
2. Design and implement integration solutions to connect SAP Ariba with existing ERP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
3. Develop and configure integration interfaces using SAP Ariba CIG, APIs, web services, and other middleware platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure, etc.) along with maximizing the utilization of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
4. Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems.
5. Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management) to meet business requirements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and integration of SAP Ariba solutions.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve integration issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize system performance.
8. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of SAP Ariba integration solutions.
9. Document technical specifications, configuration settings, and integration processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
10. Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba features, enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
11. Other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and integration projects.
3. Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG, APIs, web services, and integration platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure, etc.).
5. Proficiency in SAP Ariba system configuration, customization, and administration.
6. Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft NAV, etc.).
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
10. SAP Business Technology Platform certification is highly desired.
