Overview

In this newly created role, you will develop sales and marketing strategies, identify design-in plans, and new markets for CAES by Honeywell -Mission Systems Aftermarket business area. Areas of responsibility include solutions for our existing products, developing third party relationships within distributor networks, and expanding Eatontown's footprint by growing this business. Reporting to the Director of Business Development you'll assist in building the strategic growth plan and revising the operating model of the site toward a transactional type of products.

Within our Eatontown NJ, Lansdale PA and Woburn MA locations, we produce innovative RF electronic solutions for the defense industry, satisfying some of the most pressing needs of our time. Responsibilities

  • AfterMarket Sales: Act as primary customer interface for new business opportunities for existing products; including intermediary management. Assist (or lead) market research/analytics to generate strategic plans. Represents Company at various conferences and events. Interface with MarComm to create aftermarket brand on CAES by Honeywell website.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Assist in developing short- and long-term business plans and objectives. Collaborate with others in Business Development and Program Management as well as other senior managers. Develops annual bookings and design-in plans and objectives. Tracks performance to plan and provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, and special reports as required. Submits daily Major Opportunity report updates. Develops and submits monthly bookings Guidance View and Short-Term Forecast. Forecast bookings annually and update monthly in support of business forecast cycle.
  • Sales Growth: Perform pricing analysis against competition. Establish revised business model for transactional type of products. Disposition large product portfolio. Lead aftermarket initiatives aimed at growing the business, increasing profitability and streamlining internal processes to execute business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience in electronics program management, marketing and/or sales management in products and services associated with RF products and services
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, Project, Power Point
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree and 8 years' experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, Project, Power Point
  • Marketing experience in electronics industry in defense market
  • Experience with Channel / Intermediary sales
  • Knowledge of SaleForce.com
  • Active Security Clearance.

Salary Range: Aftermarket Sales Manager IV $ 130,006.57 - $195,009.86. applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
