Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultant
1 - Part Time, Permanent (28 hours / week)
Reporting To : Manager, Community Health Teams
Department : Hospice Palliative Care Team
Purpose :
The Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultant (PPSMC) plays a vital role in strengthening the capacity of front-line service providers and enhancing palliative care delivery across the healthcare system. This position focuses on creating a supportive environment through education, mentorship, and resource development.
