The Director of Operations for Affinity Markets is responsible for managing the New Business, Policy Services, and TPA operations within the affinity markets, as well as modernizing existing processes. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations, optimizing performance, and supporting growth. Additionally, the Director will provide leadership within Affinity Operations, contributing to the achievement of high-performance team objectives and key results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital to enhance service offerings and deliver exceptional client service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals for affinity markets.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, utilizing data to drive decisions and achieve operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
- Manage budgets and financial plans to maintain cost-effective operations while ensuring high-quality service.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to enhance collaboration.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction within affinity markets.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
