About the Team :

The PMO Group at Bluberi oversees and manages game production for casino products. Our team ensures the successful delivery of high-quality casino products, including land-based and online games, while supporting a wide range of projects and integrating new technologies. The group is part of the company's strategic operations, which include teams across various locations. Our team members are enthusiastic and experienced professionals across disciplines such as project management, business analysis, technical support, and quality assurance. We operate in a hybrid model to promote effective collaboration and project execution, offering flexibility and work efficiency.

Job Summary :

The Functional Analyst acts as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams from project inception. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Functional Analyst designs efficient solutions, supports system implementations, manages scope, and facilitates clear communication between business and IT teams. Responsibilities include system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing business efficiency through technology solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, processes, and objectives, translating them into functional specifications.
  2. Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, functional specifications, system design, and business processes to maintain clarity and completeness.
  3. Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  4. Optimize workflows and align them with system capabilities, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  5. Support technical teams during development, ensuring solutions meet business needs, and assist QA in creating test plans, test cases, and conducting functional testing.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of functional deliverables.
  8. Contribute to project planning, scope management, risk assessments, and resource allocation discussions.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhanced solutions.
  10. Define and maintain documentation standards for consistency and quality.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  1. Combination of experience and relevant education in business administration or related fields preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels in French and English.
  5. Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
  6. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  7. Extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a technology environment.
  8. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
