About The Team

The PMO Group at Bluberi oversees game production for casino products, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality casino games and support projects, including online and land-based games. The team is part of the company's strategic operations, comprising professionals across project management, business analysis, technical support, and quality assurance, working in a hybrid model for effective collaboration and flexibility.

Job Summary

The Functional Analyst acts as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating them into system requirements, designing solutions, supporting system implementations, managing scope, and facilitating clear communication to improve business efficiency through technology.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, processes, and objectives, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, system design, and business processes for clarity and completeness.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, creating detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Support development, ensuring solutions meet business needs, and assist QA in testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Contribute to project planning, scope management, risk assessments, and resource discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Define and maintain documentation standards for consistency and quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Experience and relevant education in business administration or related fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English for stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  • Extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a technology environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
