What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support through telephone, email, and web-based communications to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients as per pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage call queues and retrieve voice messages according to established policies
- Report adverse drug reactions within specified time frames
- Coordinate various patient services to ensure timely access to therapy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner designation (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call centers
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Detailed knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy transactions
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience in a patient assistance or drug reimbursement background
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM AST, Monday to Friday
