What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support through telephone, email, and web-based communication to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver patient counseling according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage internal program clinical referrals and handle voice messages per established policies
- Report adverse events or drug reactions within specified timeframes
- Coordinate advanced reimbursement navigation and administrative services for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center environments
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong computer and telecommunication skills with knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy transactions
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 9am to 9pm AST, Monday to Friday
