Our Professional Services team has an exciting opportunity for a driven individual, and we're looking for a Project Manager passionate about providing IT transformation and implementation services for our clients. It is mission-critical for the Project Manager to be a leader and a champion, acting as a conduit between senior management, key clients, and third-party vendors.

The Project Manager role is project-driven and will support clients by acting as the first point of contact to ensure their organizational goals are met. Additionally, the Project Manager will monitor and control the scope of work, engagement team priorities, and project finances. This role may require global or regional travel, depending on client locations.

This remote role is open to candidates from anywhere in Canada or the US, with travel up to 50% within these regions; a valid passport or visa is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Scope Management, & PMO Improvements:

• Ensure project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope control meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead impact analysis, scope negotiations, and manage expectations for evolving project requirements.
• Identify and assess business opportunities, processes, and workflows for PMO process improvements.

Project Delivery & Critical Issue Resolution:

• Manage all project phases, including start-up and post-implementation follow-up, and refine as needed.
• Ensure obligations and expectations are met through knowledge of project deliverables and contractual documentation.
• Prioritize tasks based on project needs, obstacles, budgets, resources, and deadlines.
• Coordinate resolution of issues and delays to minimize impact and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope changes, client satisfaction, and organizational profitability.
• Communicate project updates and critical issues regularly to clients and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Preferred Experience:

• Managing CIS implementation projects.
• Working in the Utility sector.
• Knowledge of CIS and ERP solutions.
• Experience working in a PMO environment.
