What You’ll Do :

Restoration & Site Support

Perform restoration activities such as demolition, cleaning, deodorization, and content repositioning after fire, water, or other damages

Assist in moving, dismantling, and repositioning furniture, equipment, and contents onsite or in the warehouse

Operate hand and power tools for job-related tasks, including board-up, cutting, measuring, and installing materials

Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance

Maintain and organize warehouse equipment, inventory, and materials

Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs to keep tools in good working condition

Safely load, transport, and offload materials, furniture, and equipment for job sites

Safety & Compliance

Set up safe and efficient work environments, including constructing safety enclosures and debris disposal

Conduct hazard assessments and ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements

Participate in safety training, inspections, and company-wide safety initiatives

General Duties & Emergency Response

Support vehicle safety inspections, debris removal, and warehouse upkeep

Provide assistance to trades and apprentices as needed

Respond to emergency restoration calls and support teams as required

What You Bring :

High School Diploma / GED required

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in construction, restoration, or related fields preferred

Familiarity with restoration equipment and cleaning techniques is an asset

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle (per BELFOR’s Auto Policy) preferred

Safety certifications or restoration training are an asset

Working Conditions :

Standard business hours, with potential for evening, on-call, or overtime work as needed

Requires mobility in tight or confined spaces, sustained physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, kneeling), and work at heights over 5 feet

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including full and half-mask respirators with fit testing

Periodic travel may be required
